A new exciting opportunity is now available for an outstanding CONCESSION MANAGER who will be part of launching and opening a new CONCESSION WITHIN HARRODS for a highly regarded global luxury formal menswear designer brand.

This global luxury designer brand is looking for an experienced FORMAL MENSWEAR CONCESSION MANAGER who is client-centric and passionate about leading a professional motivated team, as the company has an outstanding reputation in the industry to uphold.

The newly launched concession will be selling formal menswear, made-to-measure service, and Accessories including Shoes, Leather Goods, and Fragrances.

As the Concession Manager you have to achieve an enhanced level of clientelling, service and sales in line with the ambitions of the concession and ensure that every client has an exceptional experience by providing the highest standards of service.

The role:

  • Reporting to the Global Retail Director and responsible for 2 Senior Sales & 4 Sales Consultants.
  • A prominent figure on the sales floor, leading the team with a collaborative approach and representing the Brand inside and outside the concession.
  • Providing constant feedback and solving any difficult scenarios as and when they arise.
  • Motivate and inspire the team to deliver the ultimate service experience.
  • Coach the team to ensure and maintain the shop floor to a luxury standard, anticipating clients’ specific needs by driving and shaping the hospitality journey.
  • Drive business priorities (achieving monthly and yearly turnover and quality KPI targets set by the brand), embodying a culture of consistent clienteling and exceptional service.
  • Develop relationships with the Harrods ecosystem and build a network of key contacts to benefit from internal synergies, build brand awareness and recruit new clients.
  • Have a thorough understanding of all operational procedures and systems, ensuring the Store Operations are perfectly followed to enable the team to perform at their best on the shop floor.
  • Feedback to the Retail Management team on department performance in terms of sales, merchandising and action plans to elevate the client experience.
  • Ensure the quality of the data collected.
  • Make sure the team is following up on potential and existing clients.
  • Develop his/her clients and lead by example.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2 yrs+ experience as a Luxury formal menswear Assistant / Store Manager or Concession Manager.
  • Knowledge and experience in selling luxury men’s MTM is a highly desirable.
  • Must have gravitas, confidence, and great communication skills.
  • Client-centric whilst driving sales.
  • Very organized ensuring all operations and areas of back of house run smoothly.
  • Adaptability, fearless curiosity, being able to flex into different areas where required and embracing new challenges.
  • Security conscious, minimizing stock loss at all times.
  • A calm and confident approach, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Organized and efficient with attention to detail.
  • The ability to make decisions.
  • A talent for motivating and driving others to success.
  • Able to lead and be efficient when under pressure.
  • A passion for people management.

Additional to the basic salary is: £10K Clothing allowance, medical cover.
