The Role
- Reporting to the Boutique Manager and part of a team of 7.
- Be the driving force behind boutique sales, delivering a five‑star styling experience to HNW & UHNW clients.
- Grow your client book through networking, events, and exceptional clientelling.
- Close sales confidently and exceed targets with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
- Bring the brand to life through stunning visual merchandising and in‑store presentation.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow‑ups via the CRM system to build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with your boutique team to create a seamless, luxury experience every time.
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years in luxury fashion as a Senior Stylist or Senior Sales Consultant.
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Your own HNW client book and the drive to keep growing it.
- A passion for fashion, with your finger on the pulse of trends and editorials.
- A confident, articulate communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑focused environment.
- Flexible, approachable, and a natural team player.
Additional to the basic salary: £35K‑£42K, 2‑3% commission on sales + monthly performance bonus, Generous clothing allowance + 50‑75% staff discount, Contributory pension & additional benefits.
