The Role
- Reporting to the Head of Retail / General Store Manager.
- Working closely with the tailoring team to deliver a seamless client journey.
- Be the driving force behind sales, delivering a personalised, luxury experience to HNW & VIC clients.
- Drive both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through a proactive and client-focused approach.
- Build and grow your client book through clientelling, outreach, and exceptional follow-up.
- Develop strong product knowledge across collections, craftsmanship, fabrics, and tailoring services.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems to build long-term relationships.
- Support visual merchandising and uphold the highest standards of store presentation.
- Collaborate with the tailoring and retail teams to ensure a seamless and elevated in-store experience.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including POS transactions, stock management, and administrative duties.
- Participate in preparation and delivery of international trunk shows.
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years' experience in luxury ladies ready to wear fashion.
- A strong sales track record with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Experience or a keen interest in tailoring, garment construction, or made-to-measure services.
- A passion for luxury fashion and craftsmanship.
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and styling skills.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- A client-centric mindset with a passion for building lasting relationships.
- A proactive, driven, and entrepreneurial approach to sales.
- A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods.
