An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded global luxury formal menswear brand within their prestigious Mayfair boutique. This internationally renowned brand is seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Consultant with experience in luxury formal menswear to serve as a passionate brand ambassador. The boutique offers a curated selection of bespoke formal menswear, Made-to-Measure and ready-to-wear formalwear, as well as casualwear, accessories including shoes, leather goods, and fragrance.

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an elevated level of clientelling and customer service, and sales in alignment with the boutique's objectives. You will ensure that every client enjoys an exceptional and unique experience, upholding the highest standards of luxury service.

  • The Role: Reporting to the Assistant Store Manager, you will be part of a close-knit team of 12. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Made-to-Measure and Ready To Wear construction and styling, effectively telling the story of each product. Some knowledge of bespoke tailoring would be an advantage. Very driven to achieve and exceed store targets. Assist clients with styling, fittings, and pinning when necessary. Confidently attend styling and fittings at clients' homes/hotels when required. Flexible to attend events when business dictates. Cultivate strong relationships with local and international clientele. Implement strategic action plans to expand and enhance your client book. Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio, including networking outside the boutique. Participate in exclusive client events and high-value client activations. Stay updated on the latest trends, collections, and product knowledge. Link-sell across all product categories. Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5 years of experience in Luxury Formal MRTW. Knowledge of Made-to-Measure and Bespoke is desirable but not essential. Confident and experienced in pinning/fitting for alterations. Strong sales techniques with a proven track record in clientelling - a personal client book is highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A warm and engaging personality that fosters lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus but not essential. A strong drive to succeed, serving as a key support and example for the team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email is required. Maintain impeccable grooming standards, representing the brand with elegance.
