The Role
- Reporting to the Store Director and Sales Manager.
- Part of a team of 4 Menswear Specialists.
- Be the driving force behind sales, delivering a five-star experience to HNW & UHNW clients.
- Grow your client book through networking, events, and exceptional clienteling.
- Close sales confidently and exceed targets with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
- Bring the brand to life through stunning visual merchandising and in-store presentation.
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups via the CRM system to build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with your boutique team to create a seamless, luxury experience every time.
Ideal Candidate
- 1+ years in luxury fashion as a Senior / Sales Consultant.
- Your sales & styling experience must come from a luxury fashion boutique.
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- A passion for fashion, with your finger on the pulse of trends and editorials.
- A confident, articulate communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, target-focused environment.
- An entrepreneurial mindset.
- A good team spirit.
- A passion for clienteling and building lasting relationships with clients.
- Flexible, approachable, and a natural team player.
- Initiative to think outside the box to create opportunities to network and add value to achieving the boutique's targets.
- A positive 'can-do' attitude.
Additional to the basic salary £30K-£33K
- 1-5% commission on sales (dependant on targets)
