OUTSIDE THE BOX is seeking a CRM Specialist / Senior Sales Consultant for a luxury ladieswear concession on the Harrods Super Brands floor. You will lead relationships with UHNW clients, drive events, styling, and link selling to elevate the client experience.
Reporting to the Store Director, you will work with a ten‑strong team to exceed weekly and monthly targets, grow the client base, and participate in high‑ticket client events. Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
