Overview

Certified Pre-Owned Sales Consultant – Luxury Fine Watches – Central London. Exciting opportunity for an experienced luxury fine watches professional who can build strong relationships and inspire clients with the stories and history of each pre-owned piece. Our client is a global heritage brand with over 130 years of experience in luxury fine watches and jewellery, expanding their UK footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Store Director & Boutique Manager, you will be part of a team of 6-15 Sales Advisors
  • Establish a rapport with clients, service their requirements and go above and beyond to deliver outstanding customer experience and establish repeat business
  • Negotiate and authenticate historical fine watch pieces
  • Build and foster a client database, identify client needs and maintain appropriate contact
  • Establish yourself as the go-to person in your area of expertise
  • Be driven to exceed targets, both personally and as a team
  • Stay informed about authentication, products, launches and update clients accordingly
  • Adhere to procedures and security compliance in line with company policies
  • Take responsibility for your work, behaviour, and performance at all times

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a luxury fine watches Certified Pre-Owned Senior/Sales Consultant
  • Previous experience selling luxury fine watches is essential
  • Be an ambassador of the company
  • Be passionate and inspiring about your role
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for the role, team and business
  • Collaborative team member, supportive of colleagues and focused on exemplary customer service
  • Sales and service driven with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Willingness to learn and develop knowledge on all brands & products
  • Flexible and confident to attend evening events to network and build client relationships
  • Excellent English (verbal and written); additional languages are an advantage
  • Smart and well-groomed appearance

Benefits

Additional to the basic salary: 1% - 5% Commission, 10% Bonus, Discount, Pension Scheme, Healthcare, additional benefits
