Outside The Box Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Retail Trainer for a luxury watches and jewellery brand.

The role is field based with a Head Office contract and a 1-day hybrid when business allows, reporting into the HR Director and collaborating with Store Leaders.

You will design monthly and quarterly training plans, identify store needs, deliver onboarding and product training, track ROI, and facilitate brand training through local and external programmes with the People Team.
