We are looking for an experienced Luxury Senior / Sales Consultant with 2-5 years experience selling fine jewellery. Reporting to the Boutique Manager and Assistant Manager, you will be part of a team of 8-15 Sales Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and foster a client database, identifying your clients’ needs and keeping appropriate contact with them.
- Be driven to exceed targets, both in personal and team sales figures.
- Be aware of, and knowledgeable about, new brands, products and launches and update clients where appropriate.
- Adhere to company policies at all times.
- Be responsible for your work, behaviour, and performance at all times.
- Based in Fine Jewellery but can cross sell Fine Watches.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury jewellery store ideally with your own client book.
- Experience in clientelling and service delivery within a luxury retail environment.
- Be passionate & inspiring about Watches & Jewellery.
- Sales and service driven aiming to exceed targets set.
- Flexible and confident to attend evening events to network, enhance sales and build relationships with clients.
- Have excellent English both verbal and written – additional language skills would be an advantage.
