We are looking for an experienced Luxury Senior / Sales Consultant with 2-5 years experience selling fine jewellery. Reporting to the Boutique Manager and Assistant Manager, you will be part of a team of 8-15 Sales Associates.

  • Build and foster a client database, identifying your clients’ needs and keeping appropriate contact with them.
  • Be driven to exceed targets, both in personal and team sales figures.
  • Be aware of, and knowledgeable about, new brands, products and launches and update clients where appropriate.
  • Adhere to company policies at all times.
  • Be responsible for your work, behaviour, and performance at all times.
  • Based in Fine Jewellery but can cross sell Fine Watches.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury jewellery store ideally with your own client book.
  • Experience in clientelling and service delivery within a luxury retail environment.
  • Be passionate & inspiring about Watches & Jewellery.
  • Sales and service driven aiming to exceed targets set.
  • Flexible and confident to attend evening events to network, enhance sales and build relationships with clients.
  • Have excellent English both verbal and written – additional language skills would be an advantage.

1%-5% Commission, 10% Bonus, Discount, Pension Scheme, Healthcare, additional benefits.
