This is a very exciting time for our client who is expanding their stores and creating a number of Sales Consultant roles based in White City.
We are looking for experienced Luxury Senior / Sales Consultants. You could have 3-5 years experience selling fine watches and jewellery (ideally with a client book) and looking for change. This is also a great opportunity for those luxury sales consultants who want to move from fashion, accessories, and lifestyle.
Our client is an international heritage brand that has honed their craft for over 130 years, specialising in luxury fine watches and jewellery and due to growth, are expanding their UK footprint.
Reporting to the Boutique’s Manager and Teams Manager, you will be part of a team of 8-15 Sales Associates.
- Build and foster a client database, identifying your clients’ needs and keeping appropriate contact with them.
- Be driven to exceed targets, both in personal and team sales figures.
- Be aware of, and knowledgeable about, new brands, products and launches and update clients where appropriate.
- Adhere to company policies at all times.
- Be responsible for your work, behaviour, and performance at all times.
For junior sales:
- Experience in luxury/premium retail environment with a passion and eagerness to learn and develop.
For senior sales:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a luxury retail store or as a Senior Sales Consultant ideally with own client book.
- Previous experience selling fine watches and jewellery is desirable but not essential; we will consider luxury fashion, accessories, and hospitality.
Additional requirements:
- Be an ambassador of the company and brand.
- Be passionate and inspiring about your role, watches and jewellery, and brands.
- Sales and service driven aiming to exceed targets set.
- A passion to learn and self-develop knowledge on all brands and products.
- Flexible and confident to attend evening events to network, enhance sales, and build relationships with clients.
- Have excellent English both verbal and written; additional language skills would be an advantage.
Commission up to 1%-5%, 10% Bonus, Discount, Pension Scheme, Healthcare, additional benefits.
