We’re searching for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead a beautiful store in the heart of Marylebone. Our client is one of the sought-after premium brands – a globally celebrated label known for its modern, on-trend collections in both Menswear and Womenswear, worn by royalty and fashion icons alike. The brand champions sustainability, innovation, and fairness across all levels of the business.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team of ASM and 5 sales stylists
  • Elevate the in-store experience to reflect the brand’s premium status
  • Manage daily store operations including stock, visual merchandising, CRM, HR reporting, and performance
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Collaborate with the European Retail Manager and Head Office
  • Ensure a beautiful and seamless brand presentation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience as Store Manager in premium or luxury fashion
  • Proven success leading teams of 5+ in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Confident with styling, clientelling, and CRM
  • Commercially savvy with a strong grasp of driving KPIs and stock management
  • Inspiring leader who leads by example with energy, positivity, and professionalism
  • Outstanding communication, organization, and people development skills
