RETAIL / STORE TRAINER - HEAD OFFICE BASED LUXURY FINE WATCHES & JEWELLERY C. LONDON - £40-45K + 15% BONUS

Outside The Box Recruitment is currently headhunting for an experienced RETAIL TRAINER who ideally comes from a luxury fine watches/jewellery or fashion background. An exciting time to join our client who is an international heritage brand that has honed their craft for over 130 years, specialising in luxury fine watches & jewellery and due to growth, are expanding their UK footprint.

The focus for the Retail Trainer is to deliver global and local retail training initiatives, including Client Experience, Onboarding, and Product Training.

The Role:

  • Reporting to the HR Director and supporting the HR team whilst liaising with Retail Director / Store Leaders
  • Create monthly and quarterly training plans for all company departments.
  • Liaise with Store Management to identify and deliver store specific training needs.
  • Field based (with a Head Office contract) and 1 day hybrid when business allows
  • Work closely with the wider People Team to identify and facilitate additional training opportunities.
  • Organise external retail training programmes.
  • Track attendance and follow up on all training sessions.
  • Review and measure the return on investment of training initiatives.
  • Support the enrolment and completion of relevant brand training, including app based learning.
  • Review and update training materials and resources.
  • Influence, develop, and implement new local training initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2 yrs + experience as a Retail Trainer or Store Management that delivers and writes training material
  • Ideally your training expertise is in fine watches & jewellery or luxury fashion/lifestyle
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a great command of the English language
  • Confident, approachable, and engaging with all levels of personnel in the retail teams
  • Organised and strategic
