OUTSIDE THE BOX RECRUITMENT is very excited to be headhunting a STORE DIRECTOR for a highly regarded luxury international heritage brand who specialise in fine watches & fine jewellery.

We are seeking a confident brand ambassador with gravitas, presence and polish, who is commercial, a natural networker, client-centric luxury leader who thrives on the sales floor. The successful candidate will inspire, develop and lead dynamic service-driven teams while building long-term B2B & B2C HNW relationships.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reporting directly to the Head of Retail
  • Managing a Boutique Manager, Assistant Manager, 2 Supervisors, and a sales team of 10+ staff
  • Driving to achieve all targets and budgets set for the store
  • Networking and cultivating long-term relationships with all in-house stakeholders, B2B & B2C
  • Planning a calendar of marketing activities to constantly drive sales in conjunction with Head Office Marketing
  • Attending important in-store events and parties
  • Representing the company at various events
  • Influencing the sales strategy and performance of the store with relevant stakeholders in head office and Directors
  • Leading and directing from the front, enjoying being on the sales floor
  • Innovating, motivating and driving the management and sales team to achieve all KPI targets
  • Performance managing and coaching a leading management team
  • Maintaining outstanding attention to detail with store standards, presentation and visual merchandising
  • Setting an example of exceptional clientelling and CRM
  • Planning and organising regular events to enhance sales, branding and long-term professional relationships

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a luxury Store Director / Multi-site Manager of fine watches & jewellery / fashion or lifestyle stores, where service, clientelling, selling and relationship building are paramount
  • A passion for Fine Watches & Fine Jewellery
  • Must have gravitas, poise and presence on the sales floor
  • Proven commercial management success in current role – able to analyse reports and budgets to ensure profitability
  • Passionate about training, developing, and motivating others to success
  • Articulate with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Additional languages are desirable but not essential

Compensation includes a £75K-£80K salary, a 40% bonus, commission, private health with wellbeing, pension, etc.
