The Opportunity
Join our team of passionate digital marketers who are driven by the desire to see the impact of their hard work. As an Advertising Analyst with Outshine, you’ll execute, optimize, and report on paid digital advertising programs to help our clients—some of the best B2B SaaS companies in the world—reach their goals. The successful candidate will be located within Canada and can expect to earn between $55,000-$60,000 CAD/year, as part of a complete, competitive package. At Outshine, we’re committed to fair and growth-oriented compensation, and tend to see most Analysts join our team around the mid-point with variations depending upon relevant skills and experience. A lower starting salary usually reflects strong potential paired with ongoing skill development.
Role & Responsibilities
As an Advertising Analyst at Outshine, your role is all about getting things done. Working alongside your colleagues, you’ll help plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns, report on performance by digging into the data, research new tactics, and support other initiatives to help our clients reach their goals. Your teams rely on you for your:
- Technical skillset: From setting up new campaigns flawlessly or developing ideas for in-platform optimizations to writing creative and error‑free ad copy or reformatting a deck to match brand standards, you do it all.

Key Competencies

Additional Requirements
- 1+ year(s) relevant experience in paid digital advertising or media buying/planning, specifically across paid social and search platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit).
- Digital/marketing certifications under your belt, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
- Experience in an advertising or marketing agency is an asset.
