About the Team
Our EMEA Enterprise Sales team operates at the forefront of how the world's most complex organizations transform their revenue motions. We partner with companies of 5,000–10,000 employees across the region, owning the full deal cycle from pipeline creation to close. We are product experts, trusted advisors, and ambassadors for the Outreach Sales Execution Platform.
We go deep on our customers' strategic goals, not just their pain points, so we can help them build, manage, and close pipeline with real precision. We stay sharp by tracking emerging sales trends, AI developments, and GTM innovation through events, research, and peer learning. The Role
This is a senior, strategic selling role targeting Outreach's most important enterprise accounts across EMEA. As a Senior Global Account Manager, you will own complex, multi-threaded sales cycles, engaging at the C-suite level and building business cases that resonate with economic buyers who expect you to understand their world as well as they do.
You will drive disciplined, high-quality pipeline and bring together internal resources to land and expand Outreach's footprint across the region. A key part of this role is the ability to speak credibly to AI-powered selling capabilities, helping prospects understand how Outreach's platform and the broader AI landscape is reshaping how elite revenue teams operate.
This role sits at the intersection of strategic advisory, executive engagement, and cutting-edge technology, and is built for someone who wants to be at the centre of how enterprise sales evolves.
Location: London, UK. Hybrid, in office 2 days a week.
Your Daily Adventures
- Own your EMEA territory with a strategic lens, focusing on accounts where Outreach can drive transformational and measurable impact.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with strong coverage ratios, leveraging both traditional and AI-assisted prospecting and account research tools.
- Lead executive-level discovery and value conversations with CRO, COO, CEO, CFO, and CISO stakeholders, tailoring your message to each buyer's strategic priorities.
- Develop and execute sophisticated account plans using the MEDDPICC methodology, mapping influence, mobilizing champions, and navigating complex organizational structures.
- Champion AI-driven selling strategies, actively demonstrating how Outreach's AI capabilities in deal intelligence, pipeline forecasting, and conversation analytics deliver measurable revenue outcomes.
- Incorporate AI tools into your own sales workflow, using intelligent insights to prioritise accounts, personalise outreach, and sharpen forecast accuracy.
- Deliver compelling, tailored demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements in partnership with Solution Consultants and AI specialists.
- Negotiate enterprise contracts across C-suite, finance, procurement, and legal, managing deal complexity with confidence and precision.
- Forecast accurately and consistently using Outreach's methodology, contributing to regional predictability and planning.
- Ensure smooth handoffs post-close to Professional Services and Account Management, setting the foundation for long-term adoption and expansion.
Who you are
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in a SaaS or cloud environment.
- Experience selling sales technology, revenue intelligence, or AI-driven platforms is preferred.
- Proven track record selling complex, disruptive solutions into large organizations across EMEA.
- Experience running a top-down executive motion, engaging and closing at the C-suite level.
- Ability to manage and navigate long sales cycles (up to 12 months) with contract values in the $200K–$500K range.
- Deep knowledge and practical application of the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- Strong pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and business acumen.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, able to build and present compelling ROI narratives.
- Executive presence and the ability to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across organizational levels.
- Collaborative, high-initiative mindset with a team-first approach to winning.

- Experience articulating AI ROI to skeptical enterprise buyers, translating capability into business outcome.
- Familiarity with AI-powered GTM tools including conversation intelligence, sales engagement, and predictive analytics, and the ability to speak confidently to their business impact.
- Comfort leveraging AI in your day-to-day workflow, using tools that surface insights, automate administrative tasks, and sharpen decision-making.
- Knowledge of EMEA enterprise buying dynamics, procurement processes, and regional nuances across key markets such as UK, DACH, and Nordics.
