As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, therapeutic care in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. You will support young people to develop life skills, build positive relationships, improve emotional wellbeing, and achieve positive outcomes.
- You'll be involved in supporting education, attending appointments, encouraging hobbies and activities, preparing meals, completing daily records, and creating memorable experiences for the children in your care.

- Knowledge of safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and behaviour support.
