OUTREACH STAFFING SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking a Responsible Individual for a new children's home in Bedfordshire. This role will initially be part-time during OFSTED registration, transitioning to full-time.

You will lead on compliance with Ofsted, drive quality improvements, and support Registered Managers. Ideal candidates will have experience in children's residential care, strong knowledge of safeguarding, and the ability to improve services. A commitment to the highest safeguarding standards is required.
