This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a stable, supportive team where you can build meaningful relationships and make a lasting difference in the lives of young people. About the Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, therapeutic care in a safe, nurturing, and structured environment. You will support young people to develop life skills, build positive relationships, improve emotional wellbeing, and achieve positive outcomes. No two days are the same. You'll be involved in supporting education, attending appointments, encouraging hobbies and activities, preparing meals, completing daily records, and creating memorable experiences for the children in your care. Key Responsibilities Provide consistent, child-centred care and emotional support. Build positive and trusting relationships with children and young people.
