We are currently recruiting an Ofsted Registered Manager to lead a children’s residential home in Pontllanfraith. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and committed leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a new home and ensure the highest standards of care for children and young people. The Registered Manager would be responsible for managing an LD 3-bedded new residential home in the Rochdale area. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards, while creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where young people can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Register with Ofsted as the Registered Manager for the children’s residential home.
- Ensure the home operates in full compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
- Provide strong leadership and management to the residential care team.
