  • Implement Paid Social strategies with precision – Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of tailored paid social campaigns, ensuring measurable performance and ROI.
  • Develop full-funnel digital strategies – Align campaigns with business objectives, KPIs, and commercial targets across the full digital landscape.
  • Collaborate across departments – Work closely with SEO, Email, Social, Design, and Development teams to deliver cohesive, multi-channel solutions.
  • Communicate effectively – Provide regular updates to clients, teammates, and management on strategy, campaign performance, and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to holistic strategies – Play an active role in shaping omni-channel client strategies and defining measurable goals for success.
  • Stay ahead of the curve – Keep up with the latest paid social trends, platform developments, and digital innovations.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility

  • Take charge of crafting, developing, and executing bespoke paid social and digital strategies, ensuring seamless cross-channel alignment.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other relevant paid platforms.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives and adopt a continuous test-and-learn approach to maximise ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Create digital assets, graphics, and compelling social media copy to support both paid and organic initiatives.
  • Manage organic social channels, driving audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Monitor budgets, performance metrics, and ROI, ensuring campaigns align with client objectives and key KPIs.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver commercially focused improvements.
  • Deliver campaigns that strengthen brand positioning while applying brand-led thinking within a retail-focused marketing environment.
  • Identify and address performance challenges or client relationship concerns with clear solutions and actionable ideas.
  • Develop and nurture key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on paid social and digital performance.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners where required, managing briefs and outputs effectively.
  • Contribute to new business pitches and internal marketing initiatives to support agency growth.

Professional Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other relevant paid platforms.
  • Experience with website analysis using analytics tools, including Google Analytics and internal reporting platforms.
  • Build and expand Meta Pixels, including custom audience creation and event tracking for lead generation and E-Commerce accounts.
  • High-level proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress, Magento, and Shopify desirable.
