As an Email Marketing Executive, you will work closely with our marketing, SEO, account managers and occasionally the client directly to create a variety of email marketing campaigns. This role will involve all aspects of email marketing including content creation, design, implementation, strategy and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention.
- Plan and create compelling email content, including subject lines, copy, and visuals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Use segmentation and personalisation strategies to deliver tailored messages to targeted audience groups.
- Analyse email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage email lists, ensuring compliance with GDPR and best practices for list hygiene.
- Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing and mobile-responsive email templates.
