Outrage London is a fast-growing UK men’s jewellery brand inspired by timeless, old-money aesthetics. We scale primarily through TikTok and Meta using high-performing paid social creatives. We are hiring the person who can turn winning ad templates into branded, scroll-stopping creatives at serious volume.
The Role
You are not here to analyse data or invent strategy. You are here to produce creatives at scale from proven formats. You will:
- Take winning ad templates and recreate them with Outrage London products
- Film simple product footage for ads
- Build and edit TikTok & Meta ad creatives in Canva
- Follow our brand booklet precisely
- Produce hundreds of creatives per week to give ad platforms maximum choice
- Organise and run simple product/content shoots when needed
- Constantly refresh our creative library with new footage
- Deliver content that feels native to TikTok — not polished adverts
This role is about speed, volume, and execution.
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a videographer role
- Not a social media manager role
- Not a strategist or media buyer role
If you like spending hours perfecting cinematic edits, this is not for you.
Skills We’re Looking For
You must:
- Understand TikTok hooks, pacing, captions, and retention
- Be confident filming simple product content for ads
- Be fast and confident using Canva for video creatives
- Have experience with e-commerce or UGC-style ad creatives
- Be able to organise models, locations, and simple shoots
- Work fast without over-perfecting
- Follow creative direction and brand guidelines exactly
Bonus if you’ve worked with DTC brands or paid social teams.
What Success Looks Like
- You can take a template and recreate it with our products the same day
- You produce large volumes of ad creatives every week
- Your work goes straight into ads without needing rework
- You help us scale what’s already winning
Pay, Location & Requirements
- £27,000 – £33,000 depending on experience
- 1 day of holiday earned for every 66 hours worked
- In-house role based in Bridgwater, Somerset
- You must live locally or be willing to relocate
