Outrage London is hiring a full-time, in-house Excel Systems & Operations Analyst to design and build the spreadsheet systems that run our business. This is a systems and automation role for someone who thinks in logic, structure, and process.
Your first project: Design and build our entire inventory & SKU infrastructure in Excel from scratch, including:
- Bundles made from multiple SKUs
- Automatic stock deduction
- Bin locations
- Barcode-ready system
- Live profit margin tracking
- Purchase order tracking
- Royal Mail export sheets
After this, you will continue improving and automating operational processes across the business.
This role is for you if:
- You love building spreadsheet systems that people rely on
- You’ve built complex Excel files before (not basic trackers)
- You think in automation and efficiency
- You understand how e-commerce operations work
- You enjoy solving messy operational problems with logic
Required skills:
- Advanced Excel (XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, arrays, logic)
- Power Query / Power Pivot
- Dashboard building
- Handling large datasets
- Systems thinking

Role details:
- Full-time, IN HOUSE ROLE (UK, Bridgwater, Somerset)
- £28,000 - £32,000 (dependant on previous experience)
- Immediate start
- 30 days paid holiday excluding overtime. 1 day holiday = 66hrs worked.
