What youâll do
Outrage London is building a performance creative machine, and this role will help power it. This is not a âperfect one adâ role. Itâs a performance creative position built around speed, structure, and a commercial mindset. Youâll produce high volumes of premium, onâbrand creatives for Meta and TikTok using proven templates, modular systems (hooks, middles, endings), and lifestyleâled storytelling. We plan three months ahead to ensure our ads engine never runs dry. Youâll analyse performance data, replicate winning concepts without drifting offâbrand, and turn one strong idea into 20+ variations. You think in angles, spot patterns in winning ads, and understand that creative is a growth lever.
Key responsibilities:
- Create a consistent flow of onâbrand video and static ads for Meta and TikTok
- Turn proven concepts into multiple variations using a clear hook, middle and end structure
- Plan upcoming shoots and content needs at least 2 to 3 months ahead
- Develop tailored creatives for TOF, MOF and BOF stages
- Review performance data and pinpoint why ads worked or didnât
- Double down on winning concepts without drifting from the brand
- Keep a close eye on competitors and trends to spot new angles early
- Stay organised by logging, naming and structuring creatives so nothing gets lost or repeated
What youâll bring
You must have:
- A deep understanding of Meta & TikTok ad creatives
- A strong grasp of performance metrics: CPC, CTR, Hook Rate, ATC, Conversion Rate
- The ability to replicate winners systematically without creative drift
- Highâspeed editing skills (Canva, CapCut Pro, Adobe or similar)
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Experience working with paid media or performance marketing teams
- Structured, systemsâfirst thinking
- The ability to plan content months in advance
- A commercial mindset; understands creative is a growth tool, not art
