OUTRAGE LONDON is one of the UK’s fastest-growing personalised jewellery brands, redefining how men connect with meaning through what they wear and what they gift. Our ambition is clear: to become the world’s leading personalised men’s gifting company. In the years ahead, we will evolve beyond jewellery, curating an exclusive range of men’s gifting pieces designed to mark milestones, honour relationships, and create lasting legacy. At the heart of everything we create is a belief that personalisation is an emotional core rather than a feature. Craftsmanship is our proof of value, and every piece is designed to carry identity, sentiment, and story. Our motto: Built for legacy. Defined by identity. Gifted with meaning.
What you’ll do:
- You will sit at the centre of our product growth engine, identifying winning products in the market, developing strategies for replicating them to align with our brand, formulating winning listings and executing flawless multi-platform uploads.
- You are responsible for turning market demand into revenue, and all of your decisions are data led.
- This is a commercially focused role, where you will have direct impact on OUTRAGE LONDON’s growth, market share and brand positioning.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the full lifecycle of a product listing, from identifying winning products and redesigning them for our brand, to final multi-platform launch.
- Analyse internal and external data to identify high-converting listings, understand why they win and develop strategies accordingly.
- Conduct weekly trend and competitor research and analysis across Etsy, NOTHS and Debenhams, making it your mission to know the market inside out.
- Formulate and present new product opportunities based on validated demand and brand fit.
- Create detailed content briefs and coordinate photography to outperform competitor visuals.
- Manage end-to-end uploads across marketplaces and our own website, following approval processes.
- Maintain complete accuracy across SKUs, pricing and descriptions while ensuring strict adherence to brand standards.
- Brand building; your daily work determines our positioning. You will leverage this to strengthen OUTRAGE LONDON and help us gain market share.
What you’ll bring:
- Have proven platform experience uploading to marketplaces (Etsy, NOTHS, Debenhams or similar eg Amazon).
- Possess an analytical mindset. You are in your element when looking at data and analysing it to derive strategies.
- Be highly organised & detail orientated. You spot typos or broken links from a mile away.
- Have a creative eye. You have the ability to brief photographers based on what wins in the marketplace.
- Have a ‘hunter’ mentality. You enjoy the sport of retail; finding and defining winning strategies and staying ahead of the competition.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with AI image generators.
- A background in jewellery or fashion.
Our commitment to you:
At OUTRAGE LONDON, we value the people who help us to spot what’s winning and scale it relentlessly. This role comes with:
- £28,500 annual compensation, plus performance-related monthly bonuses and consistent overtime available.
- 37.5hrs/week.
- 30 days paid annual leave.
- Competitive company pension contributions.
- Annual career review with potential for progression into senior roles.
- A culture of continuous learning, where you can grow your skills and impact across the business.
We do not expect you to know our secret sauce on day one. Full training will be provided on how to identify winning listings, analyse competitor data, and effectively ‘mimic and win’ in crowded marketplaces. We believe the best ideas come from working closely together as a team. For this reason, we expect our team members to be full-time at our HQ in Bridgwater.
