We combine advanced AI and machine learning to support businesses in all industries to optimize marketing efficiency, enhance customer understanding, and predict behaviours.

You will be the first Creative across Upstix and Outra. You will own creative across paid media, product marketing, lifecycle, and GTM and help us build a creative function that actually supports growth. From day one, there is budget for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor. But we don’t want you to inherit a team; we want you to help shape it. That means when you first join, you will be close to the work yourself – creating, briefing, testing, and leaning on a trusted freelancer network where needed. As you get a feel for what the business really needs, you will help hire the right permanent roles. If you like building things properly rather than inheriting something half‐right, this role should suit you.

Requirements

  • Performance & paid media creative: You will work closely with Growth and Paid Media to improve the quality and performance of our ads. This includes:
  • Turning customer insight and performance data into clear creative priorities
  • Identifying opportunities across audiences, angles, hooks, and formats
  • Generating concepts, hooks, scripts, and new paid social formats
  • Writing and testing ad copy across different tones and messaging styles
  • Interpreting results, scaling what works, and feeding learnings back into the next round of ideas
  • Helping us build a fast, structured creative testing framework
  • Hands-on execution (early phase): In the early months, you will be close to the work. You will:
    • Create concepts, briefs, and early drafts yourself
    • Put together rough statics, motion ideas, and scripts
    • Use freelancers across graphic, motion, video, and UGC/creator to move quickly
    • Keep things shipping while we shape the long‐term team
  • Product marketing & GTM creative: You will own creative briefs and direction for product marketing and launches across both brands. You will work with the Outra Head of GTM on launch collateral and sales enablement and the Product Growth Lead (shared across Upstix & Outra) on product marketing assets and website/landing page creative direction. Your role is to help turn product value into clear, simple creative that supports commercial goals.
  • Lifecycle & email creative: You will own creative direction for lifecycle and email design. You will partner with the Senior Lifecycle Lead and CRM Manager. This includes shaping templates, visual standards, and creative direction for nurture, activation, and re‐engagement emails.
  • Building the creative function: You will be the custodian of creative across Upstix and Outra. That means:
    • Setting the creative quality bar
    • Ensuring consistency across ads, product, lifecycle, and GTM
    • Balancing brand standards with performance needs
    • Improving how we brief, test, learn, and iterate on creative
  • You will also help define the roles we hire, interview and select the Graphic Designer and Video Editor, and decide what stays freelance versus in‐house as we scale.
