You’ll balance 70% executive support with 30% hiring coordination, while learning how a fintech start-up operates and scaling processes for rapid growth. You’ll work directly with the CEO and the existing EA to streamline every day, preempt issues, and keep the operation running smoothly across five calendars and four countries.
