Requirements
- Hands-on experience deploying paid advertising strategies and campaigns in paid media platforms, particularly with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Hands-on mindset with strong execution skills
- Experience supporting ABM or highly targeted B2B campaigns
- Basic video editing skills or willingness to learn, ideally using platforms such as Canva, PowerDirector, or Microsoft ClipChamp
- Strong project management and coordination abilities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, product marketing, and content teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated; able to take ownership without constant supervision

What the job involves
- We are looking for a self-driven Paid Advertising & Social Media Specialist to support execution and optimization across paid advertising and owned social channels.
- This role works closely with Marketing Managers, Product Marketing, external creative agencies, and content teams to bring campaigns and channel initiatives to life.
- You will act as a hands-on executor and project co-owner for several high-impact initiatives.
Paid Advertising & ABM Execution:
- Manage all paid media campaigns and maximise conversions for B2B business: PPC, Google Search and Google Ads.
- Work closely with Marketing Managers and Product Marketing to execute paid campaigns.
- Support campaign strategy, setup, execution, and performance measurement.
- Implement and support ABM and highly targeted campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn.
- Ensure strong cross-team communication and alignment while Marketing Managers retain budget ownership.
YouTube Channel Project (Co-Owner):
- Co-own the end-to-end execution of our YouTube channel clean-up and relaunch project.
- Manage the creation and publishing of video content according to an existing plan.
- Perform basic video editing (training provided).
- Coordinate with external creative agencies or freelancers for advanced video production.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of content.
