As an Account Executive within our Creative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of client projects. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with the designated Account Manager, supporting in delivering exceptional client service and content management tasks. You will act as a bridge between clients and our creative team. By engaging in insightful discussions with clients, you'll be tasked with translating their needs into clear, actionable briefs. This entails not only articulating client expectations but also conducting any necessary research and providing additional resources to the studio when required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of maintaining websites for designated clients.
- Maintain and oversee marketing schedules, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the creative team, translating client needs into clear and precise written briefs, and facilitating seamless project flow.
- Conduct any appropriate research required for the written briefs prior to submitting the brief to the creative team.
- Oversee projects at every stage of development, including processing amendments, ensuring tasks are allocated appropriately, and coordinating with the Production/Creative teams to guarantee tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure projects are completed within established timelines and budgets.
- Respond promptly and effectively to client's requests.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships alongside the Account Manager.
Personal Specification:
Qualifications:
- A Degree, preferably in advertising, marketing, communications, business management.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Creative Agency or in-house Marketing team is required, +3 years desired.
- Experience in updating CMS systems with content is desirable but not essential.
- Prior involvement in client management within a service-oriented organisation.
- Familiarity with interacting with diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong proofreading and grammatical proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Solid planning and organisational capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
