At Outpost you have the chance to make a significant contribution to the amazing high end episodic and film productions. You’ll get to work in a small, close knit team of incredibly talented, friendly, and genuine individuals that make up Outpost. With direct mentorship from senior members of the team, exposure to full pipeline and senior level tasks, you’ll have the opportunity to progress quickly, whilst being supported and listened to. You’ll be part of our journey, developing the positive culture that we want to spread throughout the VFX community as we continue to grow.
As VFX Producer you’ll be working directly with clients and your Outpost team. Overseeing your show from the initial scripts reviews and bid packages, through to final delivery. Working alongside our incredible VFX Supervisors to efficiently plan and coordinate the talented VFX artists, that’ll make up your team. You’ll get to utilise your expertise to track the project progression, ensuring correct scheduling and high-quality output. With a positive attitude, you’ll be key in generating a supportive and positive atmosphere, that is fundamental at Outpost.
Key Skills
- Extensive knowledge of VFX methodologies and workflows
- Experience in bidding for new VFX jobs
- Ability to plan effectively short term and strategically across the lifespan of a project
- Previous exposure to and/or proficient knowledge of: Shotgun, Microsoft Office applications, FTP software, Mac and Windows literate, Basic Linux
- 3+ years of relevant production experience in a VFX environment
