Job Description
Working closely with the Producer, you will be responsible for the overall schedule, targets and daily priorities for the team, leading to final delivery. As your show progresses, your knowledge and understanding of the VFX process will be essential to maintain an up-to-date awareness of your show and client commitments. Liaising with clients and your team, communicating clear information regarding deliveries, oversight of client Sends; submission forms and collating material to be sent by our data IO team. As a leader for junior production members and being the first points of contact for the show crew, you\’ll have the opportunity to promote positive practices within your team.
Key skills
- Proven experience in VFX scheduling and a high level of organisation/ maintenance of databases pertaining to shots or assets
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a VFX environment
- Proficient knowledge of ShotGrid, MS Office including Word and Excel, Mac/Windows
- Literate using cineSync, data IO services such as Aspera/ Mediashuttle/ SohoNet etc.
