At Outpost you have the chance to make a significant contribution to the amazing high end episodic and film productions. You’ll get to work in a small, close knit team of incredibly talented, friendly, and genuine individuals that make up Outpost. With direct mentorship from senior members of the team, exposure to full pipeline and senior level tasks, you’ll have the opportunity to progress quickly, whilst being supported and listened to. You’ll be part of our journey, developing the positive culture that we want to spread throughout the VFX community as we continue to grow.
As Production Assistant you’ll use your skills to support your team with all day-to-day production tasks; from note taking, rounds, data ingest, client deliveries to task tracking and setting up review sessions. You’ll be a go to person for the Production Coordinators and Production Managers to assist in organising, communicating, and delivering incredible VFX shots.

- Highly organized and proactive
- Exceptional communication skills, both external and internal
- Understand deadlines and can work with production team in prioritizing time sensitive material
- Has a good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office. Any experience with Shotgrid or other scheduling software is a bonus
