Overview
We’re seeking an experienced CG Supervisor to lead the delivery of high-quality visual effects across our productions. You’ll oversee CG teams, guide creative and technical direction, and ensure work is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
You’ll bring strong leadership experience, expert knowledge of tools like Maya/Houdini, and a sharp eye for lighting, realism, and detail. A solid understanding of CG pipelines and workflows is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee CG production across assets, environments, lighting, and FX
- Collaborate with VFX Supervisor, Director, and Production to define visual goals
- Review work, providing clear artistic and technical direction
- Manage and optimise CG pipelines and workflows
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure efficient production processes
- Supervise, mentor, and support CG artists and leads
- Coordinate across departments (animation, FX, lighting, compositing)
- Monitor schedules and resources to meet project deadlines
- Present work to stakeholders and respond to feedback
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in VFX/CG production, including leadership roles
- Expertise in tools such as Maya, Houdini, Blender, and rendering engines (Arnold, V-Ray, etc.)
- Solid understanding of CG pipelines and workflows
- Strong artistic eye for lighting, composition, and realism
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills
- Scripting knowledge (e.g. Python) is a plus
Qualifications
- Degree in VFX, Animation, Computer Graphics, or equivalent experience
- Typically 7+ years in CG/VFX, with supervisory experience
