As Production Coordinator, you will provide ongoing support to VFX Supervisors, VFX artists and Producers to deliver stunning VFX shots to our clients. You will organize and participate in client Cinesync/Skype calls and daily sessions, taking notes of key information to relay to other team members. You will maintain databases and accurately track shots/assets. Your ability to manage multiple production/client requests and meet tight deadlines will be essential.

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
  • At least 1 year of experience in a VFX environment
  • Proficient knowledge of Shotgun, Microsoft Office
  • Experience with FTP software, familiar with Mac and Windows, basic Linux
