Due to continued growth and exciting opportunities nationally, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Development Executive to join our expanding team. About the Role

As a Service Development Executive, you will play an important role in supporting the continued growth of Outpatient Network by building relationships with NHS organisations and identifying opportunities where our services can support patient pathways and elective recovery programmes. Working alongside senior operational and clinical teams, you will gain exposure to high-level NHS discussions and contribute towards developing tailored healthcare solutions that improve patient care and operational performance. This role would suit someone who is confident communicating with people, enjoys relationship building and is motivated by being part of a growing organisation that is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with NHS stakeholders, including Operational Managers, Service Managers, General Managers and Divisional Leads
  • Identify opportunities to support NHS Trusts with elective recovery and diagnostic services
  • Support client engagement activity through calls, emails, networking and relationship management
  • Arrange and attend client meetings both virtually and face to face
  • Assist with preparing presentations, proposals and service documents
  • Research NHS priorities, recovery plans and operational challenges across Trusts
  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting
  • Work collaboratively with operational and clinical teams to help shape service solutions
  • Represent Outpatient Network professionally at meetings, networking events and conferences
  • Support the development of long‑term client relationships through a collaborative and solutions‑focused approach

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience within the medical or healthcare sector would be highly advantageous
  • Experience working with or alongside the NHS would be beneficial
  • Understanding of elective recovery, diagnostics or insourcing services
  • Experience using CRM systems
