Are you a results-driven storyteller who knows how to turn creativity into clicks, followers, and conversions? Love travel, LGBTQ+ culture, and crafting high-performing digital content that actually moves the needle? Then this is the role for you.
We’re looking for a Social Media & Campaigns Executive to join our content team, working with two of the world’s leading LGBTQ+ travel brands:
Out Of Office – the global leader in tailor-made LGBTQ+ luxury travel.
Travel Gay – the world’s largest LGBTQ+ travel guide, helping millions of travellers discover safe, welcoming, and exciting destinations.
You’ll be responsible for driving measurable growth across social and digital channels -building reach, engagement, and conversions through exceptional storytelling, paid campaigns, and standout creative.
What You’ll Be Doing
Grow and manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with clear performance goals — increasing followers, engagement rates, and click-throughs month-on-month.
Create high-quality, human-led content — short-form videos, carousels, and blog posts that deliver results and reflect our authentic brand voices. (We value creativity and originality — not AI-generated content.)
Plan, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other platforms – managing budgets, tracking performance, and improving ROI.
Design and produce campaign assets (social content, banner ads, landing page visuals) using Canva or similar tools to deliver on campaign KPIs.
Track performance metrics – using analytics tools to report on engagement, reach, CTR, and conversion performance, with actionable insights.
Identify social trends and leverage them quickly to create viral or high-performing content aligned with our brand and audience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, partnerships, and SEO teams to ensure all digital touchpoints deliver measurable impact.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
A creative and commercially minded content creator who balances storytelling with performance.
Proven understanding of social growth metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, CPC/CPM, CTR, etc.).
Experience managing or assisting with paid social campaigns and using insights to optimise performance.
Strong written communication – clear, confident, inclusive, and authentic (not AI reliance).
Comfortable with Canva , CapCut , or Adobe Creative Suite for asset creation.
Passionate about LGBTQ+ travel and culture – you understand the value of authentic, inclusive storytelling.
Data-literate and proactive – you use analytics to test, learn, and improve results.
Based in or near Brighton – this is a hybrid in-office role with flexibility for WFH days.
