We are looking for a Content & Marketing Executive to support the delivery of our organic growth strategy across three leading travel brands:
- Out Of Office – luxury tailor-made LGBTQ+ travel
- Do Not Disturb – next-generation travel and lifestyle brand
- Travel Gay – the world’s largest LGBTQ+ travel guide
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on content production, SEO execution, website management, and performance reporting. You will work closely with the Senior Content Executive and wider team to ensure all platforms are accurate, optimised, and aligned to commercial priorities. This role is centred on execution and delivery:
- Website content and updates
- Itinerary uploads and optimisation
- Reporting and performance tracking
- Supporting roadmap and onsite improvements
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency across all brands
Key Responsibilities
- Content & Website Management
- Support the day-to-day management of Out Of Office, Do Not Disturb and Travel Gay websites
- Upload and optimise itineraries, hotel pages, destination content and editorial
- Ensure all content is accurate, up to date and aligned with SEO best practice
- Maintain strong onsite merchandising and display standards
- Organic Growth & SEO
- Execute SEO best practices across all content
- Support keyword optimisation, internal linking, and content structuring
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve rankings and traffic
- Content Production
- Produce high-quality, SEO-driven content across all brands
- Support blog, landing page and editorial content creation
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice and brand positioning across all platforms
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track and report on performance using Google Analytics and other tools
- Support weekly/monthly reporting on traffic, engagement and conversion
- Use data to inform content updates and optimisation priorities
- Roadmap & Coordination
- Support delivery of the content roadmap across all brands
- Work with stakeholders (sales, product, marketing) to prioritise updates
- Assist in rolling out new features, content improvements and campaigns
- Auditing & Optimisation
- Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps, errors and opportunities
- Support ongoing improvements to UX, conversion and content quality
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in content, SEO or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals
- Excellent written English (grammar, tone, attention to detail)
- Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
- Strong analytical mindset with basic experience in Google Analytics
- Proactive, self-starter attitude
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with tools such as Ahrefs / SEMrush
- CMS experience (WordPress or similar)
- Basic image editing skills
- Interest in travel, media or LGBTQ+ markets
