Company Description

Out Of Office is based in Brighton and is the world's leading luxury LGBTQ+ travel agency, curating tailor‑made trips to destinations around the world. From honeymoons in the Maldives to complex multi‑stop itineraries across Europe and Asia, our focus is on service, detail, and getting it right. Applicants can expect to join a collaborative environment that supports professional development and creativity. We’re growing a small team of top‑tier travel experts who want to be the best in the business.

The role requires excellent rapport‑building skills, strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve quickly when things change.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing inbound travel enquiries and leading detailed sales conversations by phone and email
  • Designing tailored itineraries based on each client’s needs and travel style
  • Converting enquiries into high‑value bookings through strong consultative selling
  • Acting as the main point of contact for your clients from enquiry through to travel
  • Working alongside our Operations Team to manage post‑booking issues and adjustments when needed
  • Liaising with suppliers and partners to ensure trips run smoothly

Requirements – What we are looking for:

  • We’re looking for consultative advisors who understand the considerations that can shape travel for LGBTQ+ clients, from choosing the right destinations and hotels to structuring an itinerary that feels smooth and appropriate from start to finish.
  • You know how to ask the right questions, guide clients with confidence, and build trips that are well thought through and seamless in delivery.
  • You’re comfortable owning the full sales process from enquiry through to travel, with a strong focus on both service and commercial outcomes.
  • You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy working towards punchy sales targets, and are motivated by converting enquiries into high‑value bookings.
  • 2+ years in a travel sales role
  • Strong understanding of the luxury travel space, with personal travel experience and confidence discussing worldwide destinations in detail
  • Confident on the phone, strong consultative selling skills, and able to build long‑term client relationships
  • Comfortable managing multiple bookings at once, handling changes, and thinking on your feet
  • Motivated by targets, commission, and building a repeat client base
  • Ready to step into a busy desk and pick things up quickly

This is a role for someone who is looking for hybrid working, wants to build a lucrative client base, earn well, and develop as a travel expert in a growing business. It’s fast‑paced, detail‑heavy, and requires ownership, but for the right person, it’s a strong opportunity to progress and shape your career in luxury travel.
