We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Executive to join our team and work across three well-established travel brands:

  • Out Of Office, the world’s largest LGBTQ+ travel agency
  • Travel Gay, the world’s leading LGBTQ+ travel guide
  • Do Not Disturb, our luxury travel platform focused on premium travel storytelling

This role is for someone who has already worked in a professional brand environment and is comfortable creating content that represents a business, not a personal profile.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality content across multiple brand channels. You’ll work within established brand guidelines, collaborate with stakeholders, and create content that supports wider marketing and commercial objectives. This is not an entry-level role and is not focused on building personal or influencer accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating short-form video and visual content for established brand social channels, including Instagram and TikTok
  • Planning and managing content calendars across multiple brands
  • Writing SEO-optimised editorial content that aligns with brand tone and commercial goals
  • Supporting paid social campaigns, including creative ideation, copywriting, and asset development
  • Assisting with banner and display advertising creative
  • Monitoring performance and refining content based on insights and KPIs
  • Adapting trends into brand-appropriate content rather than personal creator formats
  • Engaging with audiences on behalf of brands using a confident, consistent voice
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, including tourist boards

What We’re Looking For

  • 2 to 4+ years experience working on content and social media for brands, agencies, or organisations
  • Demonstrable experience managing brand social accounts, not personal or influencer profiles
  • Strong copywriting and editorial skills with evidence of brand consistency
  • Clear understanding of Instagram and TikTok from a brand marketing perspective
  • Experience supporting paid social and digital campaigns
  • Solid understanding of SEO and writing for performance
  • Comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Able to manage deadlines, stakeholders, and feedback in a professional environment
  • Interest in travel, luxury experiences, and LGBTQ+ culture
  • Based in or able to commute to Brighton, with flexibility for WFH

This role requires professional experience managing and creating content for established brands or organisations; personal, influencer, or self-run accounts alone will not be considered.
