Location: Norwich

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (flexible upon completion of probation)

The Role

This role presents an exciting opportunity to join our rapidly growing Media team and play a central role in the next phase of its growth. Reporting to the Media Sales Director, the primary responsibility will be to lead the delivery of products and services for our clients. These are diverse, ranging from sponsored content and direct advertising, through lead and demand generation, to bespoke podcasts and webinars.

  • Managing client projects and campaigns from planning through to completion and reporting
  • Working across multi-disciplinary teams internally to coordinate resources and expertise
  • Management of the processes and technology that deliver our services
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients from point of sale onwards
  • Overseeing scheduling, briefs and scripts
  • Tracking data, performance metrics and milestones
  • Gathering feedback and leading reporting internally and externally
  • Ensuring high standards and client satisfaction across our operations

The Person:

  • Experience in content production, campaign management, digital media or email marketing
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A confident communicator able to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Comfortable working on time sensitive projects, often within strict deadlines
  • Excited to join an evolving team with a startup mentality (within a very successful and well-established business)
  • Happy to learn new processes, technology and concepts as the department evolves
