We are looking for dedicated, passionate Support Workers to join our team. You will support individuals with complex conditions who require specialist support to care for their daily needs. Our Support Workers enable our customers to express their rights, choices and aspirations whilst ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care's policies, procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.
The Service: The home comprises two self-flats, one operates as a registered care home providing respite breaks for adults with learning disabilities whilst the first floor flat provides supported living for four people with complex needs. The service is located close to local amenities including transport links, shops and supermarkets. Tenants who live at the service and guests who stay in the respite service have the opportunity to take advantage of the leisure and cultural activities offered on the North Greenwich peninsula and in historic central Greenwich.
Requirements
- Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure
- Vaccinated against Covid-19 (recommended)
- Right to work documentation provided
- Certificate of sponsorship unavailable at this time (Skilled worker route)
