Job Role:
We are looking for dedicated, passionate Support Workers to join our team. You will support individuals with disabilities with all aspects of daily living, from personal care to supporting them in leisure, education and social activities.
Our Support Workers enable our customers to express their rights, choices and aspirations whilst ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care\’s policies, procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.

The Service:
Veronica Close is a Registered Care Home that operates on a 24-hour basis and accommodates up to 10 people in Harold Hill, Romford. The home features a large communal kitchen and a lounge/dining room where residents can relax, along with access to a bright garden with a patio area and furniture for outdoor living. If you are travelling by vehicle there is parking available at the front of the house and for those who are travelling by public transport, there are great transport links close by.
