About you: Do you want to make a positive difference to people’s lives? Job Role: We are looking for dedicated, passionate Support Workers to join our team. You will support individuals with learning disabilities with all aspects of daily living, from personal care to supporting them in leisure, education and social activities. Our Support Workers enable our customers to express their rights, choices and aspirations whilst ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Care's policies, procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.
The Service: Alderney Street – Located in Pimlico is about a 10-minute walk from Victoria Station. Our home is a Supported Living Service catering for up to five people, both men and women. Our home is on five floors with a staircase and lift. We have ramped access to the home and the home is accessible to wheelchair users. We enable and support our residents to engage in various recreational activities by creating a social and homely atmosphere.
Important Information: This post is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure. We strongly recommend you are vaccinated against Covid-19. Right to work documentation will need to be provided. Certificate of sponsorship is unavailable at this time (Skilled worker route).
