This company has an excellent reputation for employee retention, with a strong focus on continuous internal progression that shows across the different regions with individual development.\\n\\nThe continuous growth has created the opportunity for a HSE Advisor to join the existing team, working across sites in the Cambridgeshire region, both independently and as part of the wider team.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Attend active sites, ensuring H&S guidelines and processes are being adhered to.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Attend pre-commencement meetings to ensure correct processes are planned into works.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Highlight, manage, report and review any cause for concerns from attending sites.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Provide guidance to site teams and management\\n\\n * \\n\\n Continuously analyse areas of improvement across sites and processes.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Assist with departmental development.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Various Company Reports/ administration.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Personal on-going development.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Other duties as reasonably required from time to time.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Preferably IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications\\n\\n * \\n\\n Previous experience in a HSE focused position, ideally within Groundworks or the house-building industry/ sites.\\n\\n * \\n\\n All round H&S construction industry knowledge.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Dedicated and determined\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent problem-solving skills and organization\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and similar software.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to effectively prioritize and work under pressure\\n\\n * \\n\\n Clean UK driving license\\n\\nOn offer:\\n\\n * \\n\\n £35-50k basic salary\\n\\n * \\n\\n Industry leading car allowance + fuel card provided\\n\\n * \\n\\n Matched pension contributions\\n\\n * \\n\\n Discretionary bonus\\n\\n * \\n\\n 6month pay reviews\\n\\n * \\n\\n Long service awards/ bonuses\\n\\n * \\n\\n Health & Wellbeing app\\n\\n * \\n\\n and much more!\\n\\nGet in contact for further information or a confidential chat
