The continuous growth has created the opportunity for a HSE Advisor to join the existing team, working across sites in the Cambridgeshire region, both independently and as part of the wider team. Key Responsibilities: * Attend active sites, ensuring H&S guidelines and processes are being adhered to. * Attend pre-commencement meetings to ensure correct processes are planned into works. * Highlight, manage, report and review any cause for concerns from attending sites. * Provide guidance to site teams and management * Continuously analyse areas of improvement across sites and processes. * Assist with departmental development. * Various Company Reports/ administration. * Personal on-going development. * Other duties as reasonably required from time to time. Requirements: * Preferably IOSH or NEBOSH qualifications * Previous experience in a HSE focused position, ideally within Groundworks or the house-building industry/ sites. * All round H&S construction industry knowledge. * Dedicated and determined * Excellent problem-solving skills and organization * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and similar software. * Ability to effectively prioritize and work under pressure * Clean UK driving license On offer: * £35-50k basic salary * Industry leading car allowance fuel card provided * Matched pension contributions * Discretionary bonus * 6month pay reviews * Long service awards/ bonuses * Health & Wellbeing app * and much more!
