Outlier helps the world’s most innovative companies improve their AI models by providing human feedback. In this role, you will become an AI coach, crafting compelling questions on Finance-related topics and assessing the writing of other contributors doing the same.

Services You Will Provide:
- Use your domain expertise to assess the factuality and relevance of texts produced by AI models.
- Craft and answer questions related to your field of expertise to help train AI models.
- Evaluate and rank responses generated by AI models using your expertise.
Required Expertise:
- PhD, Master's Degree, or Bachelor's degree with 5 or more years of work experience in Finance or a related field.
- English language fluency, both written and spoken.
- AI and machine learning expertise.
- Professional writing experience as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar role.
Payment:
Currently, pay rates for core project work by Finance experts range from $30 to $40 per hour USD. Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors. For example, higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, such as during initial project onboarding or project overtime phases, lower rates may apply. Certain projects offer incentive payments.
