About Us: We are a dynamic project delivery company operating at the intersection of art, design, and construction. Specialising in ultra high-end residential projects, we work across a diversity of roles from concept through to commissioning and final delivery. Our holistic approach spans a broad spectrum of scales and disciplines, from groundbreaking construction projects to bespoke items like custom installations, artworks, and tailor-made furniture, combining traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology.

We are expanding our team to meet growing demand and seek a versatile designer maker to enhance our capacity across design development and production. The role involves hands-on fabrication and design work, assisting in design, coordination, development, production, and assembly of outputs such as architectural models, bespoke fit-outs, artistic prototypes, sculptural and lighting elements, architectural components, mock-ups, and samples.

Responsibilities:

  • Bespoke Item Design & Production
  • Assist in developing, prototyping, and producing artistic and functional custom pieces (e.g., artistic installations, lighting, furniture, sculptural elements).
  • Manage and produce CAD models (Rhino, SolidWorks, Fusion 360) for fabrication.
  • Coordinate with fabricators, suppliers, and consultants to maintain design integrity.
  • Engage in hands-on production, from 3D prints to samples.
  • Resolve material and construction details for interiors.
  • Work with contractors and suppliers to translate designs into buildable solutions.
  • Contribute to design documentation (drawings, specs).
  • Develop drawings for prototyping, production, and architectural integration.
  • Create 3D printed architectural models integrating diverse design sources.
  • Adapt workflows for artistic and technical outputs, from initial feedback to CNC-ready files.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A hybrid skillset across industrial design, architecture, interiors, CAD, and fabrication, with strengths in at least three areas.
  • Proficiency in Rhino, SolidWorks, or equivalent.
  • Experience with diverse materials and production processes, from digital fabrication to handcrafting.
  • Ability to balance aesthetic vision with functional, constructible solutions.
  • Bonus: knowledge of creative technologies like kinetics, electrical engineering, or creative coding.

Why Join Us?

  • Work on unique, globally significant projects for elite clients.
  • Collaborate with a close-knit, innovative team of artists, designers, and technologists.
  • Enjoy a flexible role with opportunities to develop skills in related fields.
  • Potential for professional growth.
