Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Execute underwriting activities, run internal procedures, and execute core portfolio management tasks using dedicated tools.
- Investment Analysis: Perform deep-dive analyses of potential investments, including financial statements, business models, revenue streams, and operational data to drive investment decisions.
- Reporting: Take full responsibility for building and presenting comprehensive Investment Memorandums.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Actively interact with the Revenues and Risk teams to manage and optimize the end-to-end investment workflow.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the Lending team to streamline operations and improve internal data-driven processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in underwriting, Portfolio Management, Financial Analysis, Venture Capital, or Fintech (Required).
- Education: Degree education. Academic background in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Finance.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with a curious and analytical mindset.
- Languages: English, Italian is a plus.
- Mindset: A proactive team player who can organize day-to-day activities, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize work effectively.
- Growth: A strong desire to improve skills and grow knowledge of innovative finance.
