We are seeking a detail-oriented Artworker to join our creative beauty team. The ideal candidate will transform design concepts into flawless, print-ready and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency and technical accuracy across all deliverables, including Point of Sale (POS) materials and Visual Merchandising guides.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and finalize artwork for print and digital platforms using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks on layouts, typography, colour, and imagery.
  • Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats.
  • Design and prepare POS materials such as retail displays and promotional graphics.
  • Ensure POS artwork is optimized for various formats and production methods (e.g., large format printing, die-cutting).
  • Manage and maintain asset libraries and file organization.
  • Create Visual Merchandising Guides, to aid in seasonal updates etc.
  • Liaise with printers and external vendors to ensure accurate production and timely delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, software updates, and best practices in artwork production.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of print production and pre-press processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Knowledge of digital asset preparation for web and social media.
  • Experience in POS design and large-format artwork.

Salary: TBC depending on background and experience
